Skjemaet under brukes dersom du skal motta honorar fra Rogaland Kunstsenter (RKS) som privatperson, og ikke fakturerer gjennom eget foretak. Opplysningene brukes for å behandle og utbetale honoraret korrekt, samt for nødvendig registrering i lønns- og regnskapssystemet. Opplysningene behandles konfidensielt og kun i den utstrekning det er nødvendig for administrasjon av honorarutbetalingen.

The form below is used if you are to receive an honorarium from Rogaland Kunstsenter (RKS) as a private individual and are not invoicing through your own registered business. The information is used to process and pay the honorarium correctly, as well as for the necessary registration in the payroll and accounting system. The information will be treated confidentially and only to the extent necessary for the administration of the honorarium payment.
