Frida Hansens hus

BETINGELSER:

• Leieprisen er kr. 2000,- per påbegynte uke (inkluderer husleie, strøm og internett)
• Betaling skjer etterskuddsvis mot slutten av året, etter tilsendt faktura. Det er Stavanger kommune som utsteder faktura.
• Bookingen er ikke endelig før du har mottatt skriftlig bekreftelse pr. epost fra Rogaland kunstsenter.
• Avbestilling må skje senest 14 dager før ankomstdato. Ved manglende avbestilling og avbestilling senere enn 14 dager før avtalt ankomstdato vil husleie bli fakturert ansvarlig leietaker.
• Leietaker forplikter seg til å sette seg inn i og overholde de til enhver tid gjeldende husregler for leiligheten. Brudd på husreglene kan medføre økonomisk ansvar, herunder gebyrer og erstatningsansvar for eventuelle merkostnader eller skader.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The rental fee is NOK 2,000 per commenced week (including rent, electricity, and internet).
• Payment is made in arrears towards the end of the year upon receipt of an invoice. The invoice will be issued by Stavanger Municipality.
• The booking is not final until you have received a confirmation by email from Rogaland Kunstsenter.
• Cancellation must be made no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of no cancellation, or cancellation later than 14 days before the agreed arrival date, the rent will be charged to the responsible party.
• The renter undertakes to familiarize themselves with and comply with the house rules applicable to the apartment at all times. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in financial liability, including fees and compensation for any additional costs or damages.
